BROKERS: Remember, you CAN still order your FHA/VA appraisals directly from the appraiser of your choice, however, you may need to check with your lending compliance officer because some are requiring that they be ordered within the HVCC system.

Providing High Quality Appraisals for Lenders and Fair Compensation for Appraisers to bring a high level of integrity and reliability back to the lending industry.
Lenders need a company that offers a transparent, efficient and reliable solution to certify their compliance with the HVCC. Our appraisal valuation services offers a firewall between the loan production department and the appraiser and allows you to focus your resources on lending. Each appraisal comes with a "Certificate of Appraiser Independence" to assure lenders and investors that the appraisal was completed in accordance with HVCC.
Appraisers need a company that will recognize the costs of completing an USPAP-compliant appraisal and reward their dedication to preserving the integrity of the industry. We provide them support to increase their skills without taking 40-70% of their appraisal fees. We do require a high level of efficiency, accuracy and compliance with USPAP and industry standards from every appraiser on our panel.

All appraisal fees are non-refundable per USPAP standards.
All payment must be made before we will send an appraiser out for the inspection. We accept Credit Cards or Personal Check. FCAM, Inc. will contact the borrower for payment.
