Q. Why do you not offer national coverage?

It is our belief that the best way to provide management services is to have a geographical knowledge about the area you are covering. By limiting ourselves to states within our regional area, we are able to develop more personal relationships with our clients and our appraisers. This also allows us to keep our costs to the consumer down and provide high quality customer service.

Q. What if we expand into areas you do not cover?

We will work with you to determine if covering additional states is cost effective. Otherwise, it is our goal to partner with other regional-based appraiser-ran AMCs across the country.

Q. What if you do not have an appraiser currently on your panel to cover an appraisal?

We will “spot” approve an appraiser for this specific file. Not every appraiser wants to join a panel and we recognize and respect that business decision. In these cases we will contact the appraiser and create an engagement for services specific to that order.
