In the changing lending environment, we believe lenders will require more credibility & higher standards when it comes to the appraisal report. While our competition markets “Low Cost & Fast Turnaround Time”, we believe ultimately the lenders will choose “High Quality and Fair Compensation.” It is our dedication to both our clients and our vendors that will ultimately set us apart.

We pay you fairly, every 2 weeks, and give you the amount of time you need to complete the appraisal report. We are here for one thing – to protect your independence as an appraiser.

Although HVCC has been badly implemented, we believe the principle of appraiser independence is worth fighting for. Our company strives to show that an independent firewall can TRULY protect the appraiser and provide the daily management of the ordering process for the lender.
